Follow-up to #37.

  • ROADMAP: the target repository shape gains glossary/ and scripts/, the layout AGENTS.md points to.
  • SEO.md: getting the terms into the HTML would extend the existing glossary build in CI.
  • scripts/build-glossary.mjs: the output-order comment no longer refers to the old hand-kept file.
  • README: re-wraps a pipeline paragraph that ran long.

Docs and one comment only; the built graph.json is unchanged.

ROADMAP's target shape lacked glossary/ and scripts/, which AGENTS.md
points to as the layout to follow. SEO.md's note on getting the terms
into the HTML now names the glossary build as where that would start.
The build script's comment explained the output order by a file that no
longer exists, and a README line had run long in the split.
